Training -Makan

Bila pi training je mesti aku susah nak control mkn.. cam lupa diri sat, walaupun makanan tak selalunya sedap.

*

1st day training.. for morning teabreak ada kuih lompak, pulut serunding (mcam pulut panggang) & nasi goreng yg very bland (tak best.. tp abih jugak mkn sbb lapar!)




* For lunch mmg ok.. asam pedas tenggiri, ayam goreng madu & sup sayur with chicken ball.



*Afternoon teabreak pulak ada bubur jagng & karipap.


* 2nd day - lunh- nasi putih, sambal tumis udang, rendang ayam & kubis goreng.

* Ini our dinner semalam- mkn kat our favourite gerai yg jual Johor specialty at Kg, Baru. Mee rebus & nasi beriani ayam
