actually, aku tengah buat project langsir for the new house. Tp sbb skill jahit aku tinggi sesangat.. nak habiskan sebelahpun mcm torture gila. anyway, hopefully hari ni boleh siap the outline.. tape boleh buat kendian.

lagipun baju byk gila nak dicuci. seminggu ni aku tak basuh baju.. monday-wed aku kat sg. petani. Balik kl tak de mood nak buat apa2.. so, hari ni le aku start operasi kemas rumah. Kononnya!

Ini gambar sesi mkn-mkn kat Tg Dawai, Kedah. This is my 1st time there. Pegi dgn 2 practical students & 1 trainee. Dorangpun x pernah sampai. Aku tau tpt tu sbb kengkawan yg attend conference bagitau kat situ ada seafood spot. It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach from Sg. Petani. Similar like umbai kat melaka, but less meriah kut. Jln mcm sunyi giler, kena lalu kampung n kebun getah. Horror jugak! bila nampak lampu jln or kampung rasa lega sgt. Maklumlah pukul 8 lebih baru bertolak from hotel. xtually masa pegi tu tak byk kedai yg bukak sbb kena seal - ada raid the night before. Biasalah, asyik cari duit sampai tak kisah the cleanliness aspect. And for sure, org datang serbu kedai yg tinggal dua je bukak. So, ini lah saja yg kami dpt.. byk yg dah habis..

It takes so long for me to update this blog.. not b'coz nothing to write, byk nak tulis sebenarnya. Tapi apakan daya, terpaksa fokus pd study aku dulu. Insya'allah, hari ni semuanya akan berakhir. Mlm ni will be my group last meeting. Need to finalize the ABR, our final project. Then boleh submit to faculty. Then only i'll back to my normal life.. like 2 years b4. Yg pasti, aku nak buat preparation moving to our new house, which is hopefully will happen in Dec this year.

Dr. Faridah, my GBI lecturer suggested me to do phd. ALAMAK! very appealing, but can i survive? Mesti lgi pressure..

Last week (Thursday), emak & abah dtg kl with HAikal. Kelam-kabut jugak le, dgn nak siapkan last assignment for GBI, then nak bawak dorang jln2. Ingatkan GBI dah blh settle awal.. tp biasa ler semua rg nak tunggu last minute. Semlm dorang balik. This weekend aku dgn hubby balik Teping pulak. Hajat hati nak pegi fishing.. on Sunday n Monday. Harap2 cuaca ok..

Malaysia -the best destination in the world

Malaysia was voted the best tourist destination on the planet in 2 consecutive year.. it is based on survey conducted among about 50, 000 respondents from 49 countries by Global Traveller Magazine.

It is good to hear that. Hopefully, the recent strikes wouldn't affect tourist perception of Malaysia. Many countries trying very hard to position them as destination of choice. And we have achieve it.. but off-course without support from the whole nation, we can lose it at a blink.

I know we have lots to offer. But we still fail to capitalize our assets. I love to see if Perak's government could initiate the re-development of 1st railway track in Malaysia. Get it connected with the best Hutan Paya Bakau in the world.. Matang Mangroves. I think Emkay should already think of it, but too many things need to be done.. which definitely require lots of investment.
Gov actually has announced ( in 2003 if i'm not mistaken) on any company that interested in the project.. but i heard nothing after that.

I think that's the problem here.. we have assets, but lacking of strategic thinking.

krisis minyak & citer yuran sekolah

lately ramai dok sibuk bising 2 issue ni.. (besides citer CSL tu!)

my comment on .. yuran sekolah..
.. for me, isu ni diperbesar2kan.. takkan nak sekolahkan anakpun tak sanggup keluarkan duit. dahlah pegi sekolah gov yg almost free.. kena bayar sikitpun nak havoc satu malaysia. cubalah redha sikit nak manyumbang utk education anak2. cumanya, klu family yg betul2 susah tu bolehler dikecualikan dr membayar any yuran.

aku ingat masa berbual dgn tourist guide kat indon dulu, kat sana parents kena bayar 'uang pena' kat cikgu klu nak dpt recommendation letter utk further study. Mujurlah kat sini kena bayar yuran sekolah& pibg je..

.. tarik je subsidi minyak masak.. subsidi gula pun sama! semua ni punca penyakit...
duit subsidi tu boleh guna buat benda lain yg lebih penting utk negara yg lebih cemerlang.. bukannya menambah beban kena allocate duit utk subsidi perubatan rakyat pulak...

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Aku rasa macam biasa je sambut tahun baru.. Not really excited. Byk yg plan in 2007 tak menjadi. My CGPA drop b'coz of 1 subject during my 3rd sem. Got A for 2 subjects and B for another. Sedey sesangat.. Aku rasa boleh dpt at-least A-, tried to appeal.. tp tak jalan. Although it is still above 3.5, tp aku tak dpt cert mcm for the first 2 sem.

Then I didn't get my promotion.. sampai sekarang aku still sedih. Really demotivated me.. although I got 2 increments, but still tak sama dgn promotion. My boss also surprised nape aku tak dpt..

Among my wish list for this year..

...complete my EMBA by June.. and to improve my grades off-course

...kumpul duit.. nak think about business after completing EMBA.
...mesti dpt promotion, klu tak aku nak berhenti je.. cari keje lain..
...buy another house...

This is the place where i'm staying for the past 4 days. Hari ni last day... pkl 5 habis program kat sini. Then check-in kat Taiping pulak.

Tempat ni Bukit Merah Laketown Resort. Located at north Perak. Next to Taiping... my hometown. Ini first time aku stay kat hotel di sini. Ok lah.. next time boleh dtg lagi..
