Lama betul tak makan ayam ni.. rasanya more than 3 months. It was first introduced by my EMBA's classmate..Man. He brought this during our discussion at my office. Ohh.. how I miss those time.. busy with assignment which seems never end. Back to our dinner story.. aku mkn 2 ketul with a slice of wholemeal bread..

As requested by Nurul, aku perturunkan resepi tak seberapa ni.. segala risiko atas kejayaan /kegagalan membuat puding ni silalah tanggung sendiri yek!
DHILL'S PUDING ROTI
Bahan2
- 7 keping roti ..potong kecik2
- 3 biji telur *
- 1 cawan susu sejat (evaporated milk) *
- 1/3 cawan susu pekat manis*
- 1 cawan air*
- 2 sudu besar tepung jagung*
- 2 sudu besar butter (dicairkan)*
- 1 sudu teh vanilla essence*
- secubit serbuk kulit kayu manis*
- Kismis utk ditabur atas puding
- mentega untuk dilengserkan pada loyang
Cara2
- Semua bahan * di campur dan di sebatikan
- masuk kepingan roti dan rendam about 15 minit
- Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang yg dah di sapu mentega
- tabur dgn kismis
- Bakar for about 30 minit... bila dicucuk dgn lidi, keluar licin tu maknanya dah masak ler
Utk sos
- 1 cwn susu sejat
- 1 sudu besar tepung kastard
- 2-3 sudu besar gula
- 1/2 sudu teh essence vanilla
Note:
Gula tak digunakan utk puding ni (except for sauce).. sbbnya dah pakai susu pekat. For those yg suka manis, boleh tambah susu/gula utk puding or sauce or both. Happy trying at your own risk ya..
