Dhill's cooking - mee goreng & seafood chowder

Hari Khamis.. permintaan from hubby for dinner masak mee goreng.
Mee goreng kusgt simple:
bawang merah, bawang putih, buah keras - semua ditumbuk. Cili kering kisar, sos tiram, sos cili, kicap, garam.
Mee kuning, udang, tauhu, taugeh. Gorang macam biasa je..

Aku guna udang yg amik kat Jeti Port Weld masa balik Teping dulu.. stock still ada lagi. Udang ni mmg best klu nak compare dgn udang bela. Tender & sweet. Klu udang bela, bila masak dia keras sikit..

Hari Jumaat pulak masak seafood chowder (aku taruk udang je..)..
aku buat pekat sikit, so boleh mkn dgn makaroni.


Bahan2:
Bawang besar, bawang putih, tepung gandum, susu full cream, butter, minyak zaitun, garam, chicken concentrate, cheese, instant mushroom cream, udang.
